About You: You’re not just cutting footage—you’re crafting clarity from chaos. You thrive when you can combine structure with creativity. - You appreciate the power of process—it doesn’t limit you, it frees you to focus on storytelling. - You build strong relationships—with your teammates, clients, and the story itself. - You care about the small things: naming conventions, audio fades, color balance—because they all impact the story and make difference between a good video and a great one. - You’re organized, collaborative, and confident managing multiple projects without losing focus. - You’re comfortable working independently but never hesitate to ask smart questions or share insights. - You take ownership. If something feels off, you flag it. If a workflow can be improved, you help refine it. - You understand that great editing isn’t just about technical skill—it’s about communication, trust, and the systems that make creativity sustainable. What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters): As a Creative Video Editor, you’ll shape raw footage into emotionally resonant stories that align with each client’s brand, message, and goals. You’ll work closely with project managers, supervisors, and clients to ensure every edit reflects the heart of the story and meets our standards of excellence. You’ll be part of a team that values both efficiency and artistry—where your edits help creative teams tell better stories, faster, and with less stress. Your day-to-day will include: - Reviewing, culling, syncing, and organizing footage and audio. - Building strong edits. Whether music video-style or story-driven with both scripted and unscripted material. - Sourcing and integrating music, sound design, and rough audio mixing. - Collaborating with clients and internal team members through feedback rounds. - Delivering projects on time and communicating proactively along the way. Every project you touch will help brands deliver their message more powerfully—and save them from post-production chaos.
